With over 30 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, I am a seasoned supply chain leader who can deliver results in complex and dynamic environments. I have led operations and technical teams at Procter & Gamble and Coty, where I managed multiple initiatives and projects to improve the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of our products and processes. I have a strong expertise in continuous improvement of supply chains, using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and RCO, which have enabled me to reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction. I also have a proven track record of selecting and developing suppliers, optimizing production and supply chains, and building cross-functional partnerships. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and International Business Management from Loyola University Maryland, which has enhanced my strategic and leadership skills. I am passionate about developing and empowering my teams, driving innovation and growth, and creating value for the company and its customers. As a former US Navy Surface Warfare Officer, I have strong understanding and experience with shipboard propulsion and weapon systems.
