How is your World. ⁉ ⁉ We live in a very interesting, dynamic and defiant time in history. The World is really transforming fast and we, as human beings, have a lot to do to make it a better place for us and the new generations that will be coming. I like to take the lead on this task and bring the most value to my work and relationships with social and environmental responsibility. I am a husband, father, economist and IT experienced Executive with a driven passion for success in life and business. My business success includes expertise in corporate leadership, business strategy, partner ecosystem development, organizational transformation, finance, compliance, contract negotiation, vendor management and business/client relationship management. I've learned through the years working with different cultures across Americas that success is not individual, either about overcoming our faults — it's about capitalizing on our strengths and collaborate with others. As I lead my team, I focus on their strengths while being aware of their limitations. Through this approach, which puts the emphasis on the positive, I help people develop, grow, and perform at higher levels. Transforming into an exceptional team leader is a continuous challenge for me and I ´m doing my best to achieve it.
