Working closely with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and medical spas, Dierdre proved her knack for quickly growing revenue for all stakeholder; gaining her a reputation as an expert in medical aesthetics. Not content to rest on her laurels, Dierdre's insatiable desire to iterate and learn drives her to keep looking for continuous improvement in projects and people. This led to her creating a solution to transform the way medical education is done through augmented reality. Seeing a void in the market, Dierdre left the corporate executive role and started Aesthetic Opportunities Technology, a medtech company advancing medical aesthetics through augmented reality, big data, and work flow automation. Dierdre's mission is to economically expand the medical aesthetic marketplace though improved patient outcomes.
