Background

About Dieter Rausch

Operations is where strategy becomes reality. My passion is building organizations that execute with clarity, speed, and a mindset of continuous improvement. With more than two decades of experience in manufacturing and industrial environments, my background spans lean manufacturing, operations management, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance. I spent more than a decade managing operations and production sites in China, which shaped my leadership style and deep understanding of global supply chains and manufacturing cultures. I believe operational excellence starts with transparency, strong teams, and a relentless focus on eliminating waste. By combining Lean principles with data-driven decision-making, I work with teams to turn complexity into scalable and reliable processes. For me, operations is more than execution — when built on strong foundations, it becomes a strategic capability that drives quality, resilience, and sustainable growth.
