With a passion for hospitality and tourism, I am a front office associate with three months of experience at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where I delivered excellent customer service, handled reservations and inquiries, and supported sales and marketing activities. Prior to that, I worked as a front office associate at RBD Sarovar Portico for three months, where I managed check-in and check-out processes, coordinated with other departments, and ensured guest satisfaction. I also completed a six-month industrial training at Mansingh Group of Hotels & Resorts Ltd, where I gained exposure to various aspects of hotel operations, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and banquet. I have a diploma in hotel management and catering technology from School of Indian Hotel Management, and I am currently pursuing a bachelor of arts in tourism studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University. I have skills in front office, Microsoft Excel, and hospitality industry, and I have earned certifications in individual sales professional and computer application. I am eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the hospitality and tourism sector, and I strive to uphold the highest standards of quality and service.
