I’m the Women’s Apparel Department Manager for Nordstrom. In this role I manage BP, t.b.d, Top Shop, and the Savvy department, overseeing a team of about 25 sales associates and two assistant managers. Our commitment is to drive the number one increase by hiring and developing our sales people, communicating our product needs to our buyers, merchandising daily to maintain floor presentation and visual guidelines, delivering the best customer experience and consistently making the day. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other retail managers or fashion ambassadors. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite part of my job is to develop a strong team through teaching selling, making our customers feel good, and merchandising. I have a BA from Barry University.
