Currently, I serve as the Clinical Education Lead at Sheikh Khalifa General Hospital, specializing in Medical & Nursing Quality, Nursing Administration, and Clinical Education. With extensive experience in JCI, Canadian, and NABH accredited hospitals both nationally and internationally, i have successfully completed many accreditation and audits,I am dedicated to instructing American Heart Association courses such as BLS & ACLS, and I am certified as an Infection Control Nurse. I excel in ensuring quality checks and maintaining patient safety in healthcare settings, with a strong understanding of accreditation processes and requirements. I possess skills in training hospital professionals to successfully achieve accreditation, and I am recognized for my teamwork and effective leadership qualities. I am committed to continuous learning and staying updated in my field, and I am known for my strong moral compass and dedication.
