About Dihua Jiang

I graduated from Henan University of science and technology in 07.2015, majored in internal combustion engine. My first job is DRE which responsible for engine peripheral parts. At the end of 2016, I deal with an emergency which is SIH product recall. Because of my outstanding work, my position has be transfer to engine application work as an AE. At my AE work, I responsible for YTO, LOVOL and other small OEMs; because of busy calibration plan, I learn and finish some tasks about the calibration of China emission regulation products; Then I led mechanism pump product development as a leader. At four and a half years in SDEC, I have a whole and basic cognition about the Diesel Engine. I deal with many projects, it gave me much experience about engine and original equipment. I join in VOITH as the transmission application engineer at 04.2020. This position’s responsible is transmission application and validation. I finished the Malasia Turkey and Qatar projects. The project includes check and sign the technical agreement, and finish the ICC & MIC process to validate the transmission, and then file all the above send to German colleagues. Because my marriage relationship I give up this job to back to Chongqing and join to SIH. As a PIE, I deal with all the staff in vehicle about the engine. Now I major in manage SFH and SDEC, and sometimes organize knowledge base documents about engine. So, let me make a summary, I have 6 years experiences about engine and powertrain; I have experience in both application and validation; I am good at engine no matter mechanism pump and electric control.
