About Dik de Jong

Because of the variation of jobs; from general manager of festivals and events to executive producer TV, I know what a project needs. I like to pass on knowledge ánd learn. To make a planning or budget behind a desk ánd coordinate in the workplace till the job is done. I am versatile, loyal, like to work under pressure and I don’t go home until the job is finished. I like to work from idea to implementation, coordinating all facets of the proces involved. Throughout my working experience i learned that focus, commitment, hands-on mentality and teamwork are important assets to me. Next to flexibility. I am an allround manager. I am quick in getting a ‚helikoptér-view‘ of the situation, knowing all the in- and outs and act on them. I like to create conditions to direct others to excell in what they do best. For me that means; having fun in doing what i do best, triggering others to do the same, focus together on every challenging or ordinary detail to make a project work.
