About Dilan Parks

On a team, it’s not the strength of the individual players, but it is the strength of the unit and how they all function together.” - Bill Belichick A great organization is built off a solid foundation. A foundation that is built brick by brick. I am a data-driven, process-oriented individual that loves discovering the “why” of why things work. I believe that you have to love the process more than you love the results; otherwise, you won’t ever see the results you desire. I trust that I’ll always take the necessary steps to solving any challenge I’m faced with. I trust that I’ll be surrounded by like-minded people that feel the same. Put in the effort; dedicate the time to perfect your craft and the results will follow. And as Mr. Belichick will tell it : “You either get the job done or you don’t.”
