Creating Assembly drawing for Spacer, Gap Cover, Door Frame Lining, Door Lining, Cove light panel, Bracket, Gap Cover, End Cap, Overhead Wing Door, Side Wall, Decompression Grid(Dado Panel), Forward Ceiling, Aft Ceiling and Hattrack Assembly of AIRBUS A320 and A321. • Full 3D check of cabin interior F2F of AIRBUS A350. • Creating Part drawing and installing in assembly according to GA drawing for CT Buffer Stopper, Girder & End Carriage Joint, DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) Current Collector Guard(DG), Bridge Limit Switch, Ladder, Cubical Fixing Support for Electrical Panel, Radio Remote Control Receiver Support, preparing BOM and calculating weight of material using Vertex & Teamcentre software. • Well versed and experienced in CAD using CATIA V5R20 (Part Modelling, Surface Modelling, Assembly Design, Drafting) • Worked extensively on CAD Conversion, 2D Drafting and 3D Part Modelling projects. • Exposure on PLM tools – Teamcenter for data release & management. • Creation & updating of part catalogue & spare part list of CNH (Bosch) Hot spotting, Layers & Standardization. • Quality check as per client standards for the drawings and the parts list. • Developed safety decals and warning decals using Adobe illustrator. • Creating a proper orientation from the input files by using PTC IsoDraw. • Trace images and apply standards to provide output file using Adobe Illustrator • Converting Raster graphics into Vector graphics. • Lay over check, C- check, Phase check, Transit check, replacement of Spark plug, rinse valve, faucet, actuator of seat, gallery filter, lab door, head rest of seat, actuator of engine cowling, tightening loose connections, checking tyre pressure, wheel change & wire locking, checking operation of secondary control devices like flap, spoiler & tab. • Checking proper connection of all electrical system of landing gear, Ignition system & lighting, checking connection of pilot instrumentation system, cleaning of electrical components, wire locking after wheel change, engine oil change. • Knowledge of GIS in as built updation handling these software AutoCAD, ArcGIS & Excel. • Knowledge of Feature Extraction and Geo Referencing. • Knowledge of aircraft structure, aerodynamics, frame and engine.
