Monitoring & Evaluation expert with +14 years of overall experience, in renowned national and international Non-Governmental, Humanitarian Organizations. Led and managed Research projects, Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Accountability (MEAL) activities, at state and national levels. Possess strong understanding of M&E principles and processes practiced in large social development programs. Proficient in designing and implementing M&E systems and developing research and evaluation tools/techniques, leveraging Knowledge Management, MIS Systems and Data Management software platforms. Engaged closely with the field and partner staff to provide technical oversight and guidance to implementation teams for enhancing program effectiveness and improving quality compliance. Demonstrated sound knowledge of MEAL budgeting, MEAL governance strategies, data audits and data quality assurance systems. Facilitated several training and capacity building workshops for implementation staff, partner organizations and other project stakeholders and enabled sharing of best practices and learnings across projects and states.
