The major activities undertaken were : •Laying down policy for over exposure. •Limits of authority assigned for Sales/Regional head/VP Sales/CFO/CEO. • Single-handedly monitored 75 BSP across the globe. • Monitoring agents on a weekly basis for over exposure for Domestic/International. • Monitoring BSP payments/defaults and given an updated statement to all concerned to avoid loss of revenue. •Analysing feedback received from sales for each and every agent who are over exposed. • Monitoring Cargo/CASS agents across the globe. • Laying down procedure for daily deposit of Cash. • Monitoring all Counters across the globe to avoid misuse of Cash and to check if all deposits of cash are done on a daily basis. Lead and guided a team of 20 members for the following activities: • Checking and processing payments for Landing/Parking/RNFC/TNLC/PSF. • SITA: Review of agreement of SITA and involved in processing CUTE charges as per the agreement. • CRS: Checking and processing of CRS vendors and to deduct TAX as per the orders received. Transport: Involved in contracts with vendors and processing the billing/payments for Crew pick -up/Drop/Staff transport. • Processing PushBack/Fuel Bunk/GSD AMC payments. • Processing hotel/lounge/mobile/telephone payments. • Marketing: Review of marketing department contracts/Agreements from finance perspective. • Processing of cargo handling invoices and payments. • Monitor the cost on a monthly basis and provide necessary explanations for variations noticed in the Cost performance analysis report. • IATA MISC: Billing/recovery from airlines for security /Technical services provided who were billed through ICH. • Submit to seniors on weekly basis the outstanding list of critical vendor for sanction of funds. • Liaising with Airport Authority Personnel.
