Posses more than 37 yrs of global experience in Textile Industry out of which 26 years in Indonesia and 11 yrs in India. He was highly appreciated by M/S. Binny Mills (Bangalore), M/S.Victoria Mills (Mangaldas Group) and M/S.New China Mills (Stanrose Group). Excellent work performance in high quality cotton & synthetic yarn producing companies.He was recommended to an Indonesian company as a Technical Manager in 1990 & successfully installed and commissioned spindle spinning unit (European machines) and settled it in all respects at Tangerang city of Indonesia. This success led to the promotion as Asst. President Director of another unit of same Group. Thereafter headed Composite Spinning, Weaving & knitting units (of ultra modern machines), also did Re-engineering of Spinning & Weaving Plants and process houses. Did complete planning, machinery selection and detail engineering of 3,02,400 spindles spinning project in 1998-99. Visited the European, Japanese & Switzerland machinery manufacturers viz. Trutzschler, Schlafhorst, Volkman, Toyoda, Uster, Nitto. Also visited some Spinning units in Germany and Turkey. Expertise in solving problems of processing cotton, synthetic and synthetic blends spinning & weaving process.Special Strengths : 1) Up-lift overall performance of organization through scientific analysis and applying appropriate solutions 2) Posses expertise of applying techno-economical solutions for bringing up the overall performance of business unit.3) Proven experience of handling all professionals to make them perform to their highest possible capabilities.
