Principal software architect leveraging over 15 years of experience, I specialize in not only designing dynamic testing frameworks and developing comprehensive test automation strategies, but also in creating advanced automation tools using Flutter, Dart, and Node.js Express. Having established a vast portfolio of automation projects across a multitude of platforms such as Web, Mobile, Desktop, Web Services, and Mainframes, I adeptly manage agile environments. My background includes the successful delivery of projects using Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) methodologies, with notable expertise in In-Sprint automation for multi-site, multi-channel applications. I have an extensive skill set in programming languages and tools, including but not limited to, WDIO, Playwright, Cypress-JS, Selenium-Java, Appium, Cucumber, JBehave, Xamarin UI Test-Specflow, UFT, and SAP TAO. My proficiency extends to designing various frameworks such as BDD (Specflow – Selenium C#, Cucumber, JBehave), Services Testing (REST Assured with BDD and POM, Axios - Jest), Page Object Model, Page Factory (Selenium – Java, Maven, TestNG, WebdriverIO), BPT framework (UFT – ALM), and Scriptless/Keyword driven Framework (WATIR). Possessing a deep understanding of SOAP/REST services testing, I leverage tools like SOAPUI/HTTP Client/rest-assured (Java), and Axios-Jest to deliver efficient outcomes. I have created an automation suite for testing JSON/XML based RESTful APIs and web services, utilizing SoapUI and open-source APIs. My competencies also span JSON Path, XML Path (with Groovy syntax), enabling robust response assertion and extraction. As an agile practitioner, I have actively participated in Sprint Planning/Grooming sessions, Scrum calls, and Retrospectives. I provide accurate estimations from an automation perspective, having effectively steered numerous large Agile automation projects, juggling multiple releases in parallel with In-Sprint automation. Furthermore, I contribute significantly towards Test Strategy, Planning, Estimations, Resourcing, Execution, Reporting, and Delivery within the project timeline.
