I am a passionate and driven sports marketing professional, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Marketing for UND Athletics. In my role, I focus on enhancing the game day atmosphere through strategic promotions, fan engagement initiatives, and brand management. My goal is to create unforgettable experiences for fans while driving excitement and growth for North Dakota Athletics. With expertise in graphic design, social media management, sponsorship activations, promotional writing, and event coordination, I thrive in fast-paced environments where creativity and strategy come together. I am proficient in industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office, and I have a strong background in developing compelling marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and in-game entertainment strategies. Before joining UND, I gained valuable experience as a Marketing Graduate Assistant at Lamar University Athletics and a Marketing Intern at the University of Northern Iowa, where I played a key role in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating game day promotions, and engaging with fans through digital platforms. My entrepreneurial spirit also shines through my time as the owner of Dillon’s Lawn Care, where I developed leadership, customer service, and business management skills. With a long-term goal of working in professional sports marketing, I am committed to crafting innovative marketing strategies that elevate the fan experience and build strong community connections.
