OVERVIEW I have over 10 years of work experience as a Systems Analyst or Specialist in both private and public industries with the majority of my career in healthcare, both business-related and clinical. I'm always open to new opportunities both within my current field and beyond. EDUCATION AND ASSOCIATIONS I am a University of Manitoba, Asper School of Business (honors) graduate who majored in Management Information Systems (MIS), now known as Business Analytics, and Human Resource Management (HRM). During my education, I completed 12 months of professional practice through the Asper Co-operative education program. I worked for a small, a large, and a government organizations which required me to adapt to a variety of work environment, co-workers, and projects while beginning learning my craft. I competed in Canadian and international academic case competitions. Our team success depended on problem-solving and analytical abilities while effectively communicating ideas and opportunities with poise, professionalism, and teamwork. I was a key contributor on a few academic associations, most notably, the President of the Asper Student Co-operative Association (ASCA). This role refined my team-building, delegation, and leadership skills and allowed me to act as the spokesman for the Asper Co-op Program. PERSONAL I have traveled to over 12 countries including a year of working abroad in Seoul, South Korea as an English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructor. My travels have made me more adventurous, social, and open-minded as I continue to make travel a priority in my life. I strive to remain active and in good physical and mental health by spending my free time on hobbies such as golf, pickleball, curling, yoga, skating, and spending time outdoors when possible.
