About Dillon Bumpus

After realizing that I would not be the next Oscar-winning actor with my acting skills, I spent many college days in anguish as I contemplated my career path and finding my dream job. That’s when I decided on a career that helps make dream jobs come true. Currently, I am a Human Resources Specialist with Federated Co-operatives Limited. In my role, I help make the organization the best it can be to effectively carry out its important mission of building positive, sustainable communities. Specifically, I provide support through research, analysis, guidance and contribution to the development and execution of integrated talent management programs and practices such as performance management, employee engagement, succession planning and talent development. I am a strategic thinker with great attention to detail. Collaborative in nature, I also have the proven ability to work independently. Building strong, long-term relationships is important to me. I like getting my hands dirty (mostly metaphorically, but sometimes literally), and I always strive to bring 110% to my work. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my wife, write screenplays and teleplays, go outdoors, travel, and play video games. I'm also an avid reader and TV show watcher.
