Dillon Martini is a dedicated and driven professional born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. A proud graduate of Elder High School and Mount Saint Joseph University, Dillon has built a career grounded in service, resilience, and a deep commitment to the community that shaped him. Since earning his Bachelor of Science in Criminology in 2016, Dillon has dedicated himself to supporting individuals and families—especially within the Greater Cincinnati area—through roles in child welfare, customer service, and team leadership. His work is rooted in a passion for problem-solving, advocacy, and helping others overcome complex challenges with dignity and care. While pursuing his college degree, Dillon balanced full-time studies with multiple part-time jobs and a full-time role, gaining firsthand experience in time management, adaptability, and persistence. He also served as a youth basketball and soccer coach, where he developed strong leadership and communication skills, and found fulfillment in mentoring young people in the very community where he grew up. Today, Dillon continues to serve the Cincinnati community through his work in public service, supporting children and families during critical moments in their lives. Whether supervising a team, engaging with community partners, or guiding clients through difficult situations, he brings empathy, calm under pressure, and a strong sense of purpose to every task.
