As a Senior Manager of E-commerce & Digital Marketing at William Chris Wine Company, I drive growth by building and executing a comprehensive, multichannel demand generation strategy online. I utilize inbound strategies from paid media efforts (search, social, display) to website development and search optimization. I track analytics to drive performance improvements and generate customer acquisition. I have a BA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Arkansas and an MA in Theology from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. I also completed a Digital Marketing Bootcamp at the University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business in 2020, where I evolved my technical skills in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, Conversion Funnels, and Campaign Management/Optimization. I am a quick learner with practiced communication skills who can write original copy and transform that into effective ads capitalizing on one’s brand voice. I have years of experience working in the service industry and counseling, which has allowed me to develop a skill in listening, processing, and then delivering the right service for each person. I am passionate about marketing and driven to increase a brand’s visibility and engagement through content targeted to the perfect audience on the ideal platform. I am a reliable team member who spurs together with others towards an organization’s shared goal.
