About Dillon Sitka

I love to get better. I love to collaborate, I have a passion for just about anything that I do. As a kid, what intrigued me was working on my first car, doing anything that I could to it for any reason. That passion brought me to where I started my journey into the work force at a young age working as a service advisor for our local dealership. From there, I took off, capitalizing on my attention to detail and knack for perfection I instantly shined through. I was lucky enough to have a great guide early on who helped me utilize that in one of my first supervisors, and I use what he taught me almost daily now. After that learning experience, destiny split up the company I was working under him for and I got the chance to show how I could handle a whole department by myself. At 20 I was pushed into a department manager role and I wasn't really ready but that pressure is what pushed me to elevate myself mentally. It made me into a person who lives inside of the chaos. I ventured out of my comfort zone in many ways for the first time, took on new responsibilities that I hadn't before, and in the end it didn't work out due to upper management, but it did inspire me to realize that I wanted more out of life than just the average person. Ever since then I've been expanding my skill set, opening up my mind to new concepts, and discovering new ways of thinking that allow me to not only be a better person in the work place, but in life in general. I owe everything that I know to those people that I've met along the way to get where I'm at today.
