Education was challenging for me as I discovered my dyslexia at a young age. However, instead of continuing with my studies, I took on a role as a bus coordinator with Malta public transport at the age of 17. This experience made me realize that dyslexia can be a powerful tool rather than a weakness. Today, I have successfully built my own company and I am the CEO and founder of a comprehensive app that offers multiple services in Malta.As the CEO of this app, I am fully engaged in all aspects of running the company, including development, accounts management, human resources, and logistics. This hands-on experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to effectively manage and lead a team.My passion for logistics and operations in Malta drives constant efforts to enhance and expand the services offered by our app. With my experience and knowledge, I am dedicated to seeking new opportunities and driving growth for the company.Overall, my dedication, adaptability, and strong leadership skills make me an asset to any team or project in the field of logistics.
