My focus is on driving strategic alignment across operations, marketing, finance, and customer experience—ensuring our network of franchisees is positioned to thrive in a highly competitive fitness landscape. Since stepping into this role, I’ve been fully immersed in optimizing core business systems, strengthening network performance, and setting long-term strategic direction. From revenue generation and compliance to brand stewardship and team development, I’m hands-on in the areas that shape sustainable growth and deliver meaningful value to both our franchisees and their members. Before this, I played a pivotal role as Brand Manager at Flex, where I led brand identity refinement and secured a landmark national partnership with the New Zealand Olympic Team. This partnership will not only elevate our market presence into the future, but also laid the groundwork for a standout content and campaign strategy around the 2024 Paris Olympics—uniting 36+ territories under one cohesive and compelling narrative. Alongside this, I spent three years guiding operations and growth strategy for Gumdrops Desserts, a family business launched during the pandemic. That experience sharpened my ability to lead through uncertainty, drive efficiency, and build scalable systems from the ground up—insights I now bring to franchise leadership at a national level.
