As an Administrative Case Manager at Premier Medical Resources, I manage the release of medical records to law firms under letters of protection, ensuring HIPAA standards are upheld. Prior to this role, I worked as a Quality Documentation Specialist at ScribeAmerica, where I verified and managed patient information, documented provider’s findings into Epic, and monitored pending labs and orders to guide patient care. I also reviewed past medical history critical in determining future care and medical decisions of the patient by the provider. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration at Texas Woman's University. I am passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and enhancing patient care.
