In addition, they were deemed compliant with CMS, URAC, and their states' health departments. Graduate medical education credentialing programs, continuing medical education programs, and emergency on-call schedules are other activities that have been run successfully under my supervision. I excel in preparing organizations for accreditation and building credentialing programs from scratch. Proficient in database management. Skilled project manager and coach. Have created policies and procedures plus technical and procedural training manuals. Developed online and in-person training programs for medical services professionals. Presented to NAMSS, GAMSS, and TAMSS conferences, in addition to community organizations. Over the years, I have always looked for the simplest way to be more effective.
