As the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition for the Capital Markets division at RBC, I am responsible for leading the recruitment function for one of the largest and most diverse segments of the bank. My mission is to connect candidates with opportunities that match their skills, interests, and aspirations, and that contribute to the bank's growth and innovation. With over 18 years of experience in the banking industry, I have developed expertise in executive search, design and delivery of talent acquisition strategies, screening, management, leadership, and interviewing. I have successfully hired key senior private and investment banking professionals regionally and globally, and built strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I hold an MBA, an ACIPD, and an Associate CPHR. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development.
