In subsequent roles, I focused on talent development and succession planning, creating and implementing programs that align with organizational goals. I updated policies, benchmarked salaries, and forecasted workforce needs. I was involved in accreditation requirements, employee satisfaction surveys, and daily HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding. I also managed recruiting programs, maintained recruitment data, and collaborated with department managers to address hiring needs.
