20 Years of Diverse Experience in Building Automation, Smart metering & others high tech electromechanical systems. Worked on projects in different verticals; commercial and residential buildings, malls, hotels, hospitals: • Extensive experience in building management system (Alerton by Honeywell ) • Extensive experience in smart metering (kamstrup kwh meters, BTU meters, water meters, and gas meters). • Extensive experience in heating / chilled systems, ventilation and air conditioning. • Control integration of various 3rd party systems and equipments with the building management system for Fire alarm system, lighting controls, CO system, VRVs, Gensets, Chillers, MV breakers, Energy Meters etc. • Extensive Experience in airflow control system using venturi air valves from PHOENIX Controls (to achieve energy saving and accurate pressurization control in special applications like health care, hospitals, laboratories…). • Experience in water and air balancing. • Experience in field devices (Sensors, valves, Thermostats …). • Experience in parking CO system.(MSR ) • Experience in nurse call system.(ACKERMAN) • Experience in Guest rooms management system for Hotels(INNCOM). • Good knowledge in Information technology system (IT).
