I am a strong Human Resources Professional graduated from Psychology Major in UNIKA Atma Jaya Jakarta, Indonesia. I am also an experienced person in the Human Resource field for the past 7 years in one of Astra International's subsidiaries, named Astra Credit Companies. Starting my career in Learning and Development area, I took part in creating training modules until develop knowledge management system. Until in the second year of my work, I had the opportunity to joined the Recruitment Management team for coordinating a section that carried out manpower fulfillment in 76 company branches and also as a Project Manager, I was given the opportunity to build company's Web Career including with the applicant tracking system, recruitment analytics and also Artificial Intelligence. During my career, I have also had several achievements. These are some of the achievements and accomplishments that I received while working : 1. AA Rating from SWA Magazine for Recruitment Strategy Category in 2020 2. A Rating from SWA Magazine for HR Technology Category in 2020 3. 1st place in the Support System Category in ACC Innovation Award 2021 4. Bronze Medal from HR Excellence Award in Excellence in Business Transformation Category in 2022 5. 3rd place in the Quality Control Category in ACC Innovation Award 2022 6. AA Rating from SWA Magazine for Wellbeing Management Category in 2024 7. Finalist Knowledge Management Expo Astra International 2024
