About Dimas Cintron

Dimas Cintron is a self-driven professional with nearly 20 years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Leadership, and Client Relations. He possesses a demonstrated history of teaming with others to set strategic direction, establish goals, achieve sustainable growth, and meet business objectives. Dimas has a diverse background in addition to his career experience, he is an Artist, Author, Actor, and former Semi-Professional Basketball Player with the Florida Basketball Association. Overcoming adversity is not something new to Dimas. In 2016, he lost his 7-year-old son, Dimas Armani Cintron, to brain cancer. Over the past 4 years, Dimas has been adapting to his new reality and picking himself up after his tragic loss. To honor his son’s memory, he founded the Dimas Armani Cintron Foundation in 2016, a Non-Profit organization that generates awareness about pediatric cancer, raises funds to fight the disease, and offers community and support to parents with children who are fighting cancer or are grieving over the loss of a child. Recently, Dimas authored a book, ‘No Footprint is Too Small’ to share his journey, grief, and inspirational story of survival, coping, and healing. Dimas' story is not unique, with over children and adolescents diagnosed with childhood cancer, he aims to share his experience to help others and offer hope and advice to people around the world experiencing similar tragedies.
