For instance, during the COVID-19 outbreak, before official guidelines were issued, I led the development of a Business Continuity Response Plan for a leading telecommunications firm with employees. Using Lean Six Sigma, I collaborated with teams to create processes and integrate innovative technologies seamlessly, achieving 85% alignment with subsequent government and expert recommendations, ensuring operational resilience. Similarly, I spearheaded an island-wide restoration project in Puerto Rico post-2017’s Category 4 Hurricane Maria, rescuing a nearly stalled effort by applying Lean Six Sigma to isolate root causes and deliver a lean, sustainable solution.
