I’m currently working as Cabin Crew at Jetstar Airways, where I’m proud to deliver safe, professional, and memorable in-flight experiences across international routes. Prior to joining the aviation industry, I worked at Wall Street English Indonesia in a customer experience role, where I had the opportunity to support learners and ensure a high level of engagement and service quality. This role deepened my passion for communication, client care, and meaningful interactions. Before that, I earned my degree in English Language Education from Universitas Negeri Malang. Throughout university, I was actively involved in student organizations, teaching internships, international events, volunteering, and competitions — all of which shaped my love for people, service, and communication. I’ve always been passionate about creating meaningful human connections — whether through customer service, education, or creative content. I’ve also had hands-on experience in managing social media content and implementing trend-based strategies for digital engagement.
