About Dimitar Mihajlov

With over 12 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and risk management, I am a passionate and curious data analyst who loves to explore, visualize, and communicate data insights. I am currently working as a data analyst and BI developer at CrazyLabs, one of the top 3 mobile gaming companies in the world, where I translate business needs to technical specifications, design, build, and deploy BI solutions, and conduct unit testing and troubleshooting. I also analyze large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of players to address strategic and operational business questions. I am motivated by the challenge of finding patterns, trends, and anomalies in data, and creating compelling stories that drive business decisions and actions. I am also committed to continuous learning and improvement, and I have obtained a certificate in data science from Brainster and completed several courses in Tableau and Power BI. At CrazyLabs, I have full ownership of the game analysis cycle, from defining, investigating, and analyzing game events, to performing initial quality assurance checks, to visualizing results. I use various tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Recurrent Neural Networks, and Deep Neural Networks, to collect, process, and analyze data, and to create dashboards, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders. I also collaborate with teams to integrate systems and optimize existing reports for standardization. Some of the projects that I have worked on include analyzing the impact of game features and updates on user retention and engagement, identifying user segments and personas based on behavioral and demographic data, and developing predictive models to forecast game revenue and user lifetime value. I enjoy working in a dynamic and creative environment, where I can apply my analytical skills and domain expertise to help the company achieve its goals and grow its user base.
