In 2014, I led a team that implemented a project to migrate Cyta Hellas’ first data centre supporting customers to a new place, while consolidating some of the company’s departments. Business Transformation Projects: I took part in a transformation of the company’s organisational chart, which involved re-engineering the operations of the Fleet Management and Physical Security teams in line with ISO guidelines. Consulting: Served as the Head of multiple steering committees on internal and external consulting projects related to data centre design and management, including a recent assignment with Cyta Hellas’ parent company. Operations/Efficiency Improvement: In 2014, efficiently reduced the company’s expenses by per year by optimizing airflow and operation of the cooling equipment.
