About Dimitrios Karageorgos

With 12+ years of experience in procurement leadership across the telecom, fintech, betting and gaming sectors, I’m passionate about building procurement functions that do more than manage costs—they enable growth, and support broader business and societal goals, and drive innovation.Over the years, I’ve led large-scale transformations that introduced digital tools, streamlined supplier networks, and aligned procurement strategy with ESG principles. Whether implementing SAP S/4HANA, rolling out Oracle iProcurement across regions, or using predictive analytics for supplier management, I’ve always believed in the power of smart systems, collaborative teams, and transparent processes. At my core, I’m a builder—of teams, of systems, and of long-term value. From managing complex sourcing projects across EMEA and APAC to leading procurement for ATL/BTL, Media, CSR, and national operations, I bring a global mindset and hands-on experience to everything I do.Today, I’m excited by the evolving role of procurement as a strategic partner in resilience, innovation, and sustainability. I enjoy mentoring teams, leading change, and contributing to meaningful progress—both within organizations and in the wider business ecosystem.
