I am a hospitality quality, risk and sustainability leader who bridges food science, business administration and data science. With over 15 years of cross-cultural experience in hotels, consulting and education, I design and implement robust food-safety and allergen management systems across complex operations. My work spans HACCP, ISO GMP and integrated management systems, ensuring compliance and consistency in every outlet. At Costa Navarino I lead the Quality, Risk & Compliance team, developing holistic programmes that protect guests and colleagues while enabling business growth. I empower diverse teams through training, mentoring and clear communication, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. By applying predictive analytics and risk-management techniques, I help organisations anticipate issues, optimise processes and deliver operational excellence on time and within budget. In this role I drive the quality strategy across three luxury properties, coordinate heads of departments to implement action plans that elevate guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, and present analytics and benchmarking reports to our leadership. I synthesise guest feedback to identify trends and recommend CAPEX and OPEX investments that enhance the guest experience. I am passionate about sustainability and ESG. As a Certified Sustainability Leadership Practitioner, NEBOSH distinction holder and PMI-RMP, I integrate environmental stewardship and responsible governance into every initiative, from food-waste reduction to pet-community volunteering. My background in data science and machine learning enhances my ability to derive insights and support informed decisions.
