I am a highly motivated professional with a strong passion for continuous improvement, personal development, and team growth. I thrive on challenges and view them as opportunities to learn, adapt, and lead by example. After earning a Business Management degree from the University of Huddersfield, I began my career by managing a family-owned tourism business. Over six years, I led key initiatives to modernize operations—introducing streamlined financial practices, risk management processes, and a client-focused website with online booking capabilities. I also secured strategic partnerships with international travel agencies, which became a major growth driver for the business. Inspired to pivot into the financial services sector, I transitioned into a client onboarding role within the Forex/CFD trading industry. I quickly gained a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and earned certifications in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and CySEC Advanced. Today, as a Client Onboarding Team Leader, I manage and support a high-performing team responsible for conducting KYC and due diligence procedures to new and existing clients. I’m actively involved in day to day client applications, training, resolving complex cases, team planning and enhancing operational efficiency. I also collaborate closely with various teams such as compliance and sales to ensure regulatory standards are upheld whilst meeting company goals. My goal is to continue developing as a leader in the financial services sector, driving both compliance excellence and a strong client experience.
