About Dimitris Kantzios

I am a Cyber Security professional with more than 13 years of experience in the ICT field and involvement in large scale projects as a Network and Security Integration Engineer. I am also holder of MSc degree in Cyber Security with an advanced knowledge of SOC Engineering and MSS/MDR services where I maintained active roles over the past 6 years, with extended experience in clients onboarding to MSSP platforms. Apart from pure techincal roles, I had also Team Leader responsibilities including engineers' coaching, training, time planning and task deleggation. My roles were always client centric and I have been leading troubleshooting calls and onboarding calls with clients along with advanced calls with vendors. My primary objective is to deliver high quality services while at the same time I keep building trusted relationships between internal teams to ensure that the final deliverable follows the best practices and meets client’s expectations and requirements.
