Background

About Dimity Holliday

Dimity has many years’ experience in the implementation of administrative and clinical IT applications in health care settings. She commenced her career as a clinical physiotherapist before moving into eHealth and this has given her an excellent understanding of the complex environment of health care in Australia. Dimity can quickly understand the drivers for change in a health care setting as well as consider the patient journey and end user experience. This requires the ability to listen and engage with multiple stakeholders, sometimes with competing objectives across many levels of organisations; both small and complex. She has engaged and managed IT vendors of all sizes and complexity and is well practiced in advocating for delivery of a fit for purpose product. She has worked successfully with vendors using both waterfall and agile methodologies to successfully implement clinical and business process change underpinned by IT.
