About Dimphy Roozeboom

Health & Well-being Lead at CGI** As the Health & Well-being Lead at CGI for Scandinavia and Germany, I design and execute strategies to enhance the health of over employees. I collaborate with stakeholders to promote organizational health and provide daily health & wellbeing opportunities. My career began as an occupational therapist in a rehabilitation center for chronic pain and fatigue, focusing on work reintegration. This led to collaborations with employers on preventive and curative workplace solutions. I specialized in ergonomics, workplace adjustments, preventive medical exams, and strategic advice, as well as conducting reintegration interviews and developing training programs. With a strong analytical background and a holistic approach, I create evidence-based solutions for both individuals and organizations. My experience in the Netherlands and Germany has given me expertise in absenteeism, reintegration, and health management regulations. My international work is inspired by my collaboration with a Canadian university during my studies. I am fluent in Dutch and German, and proficient in English (C1 level). I also enjoy sharing my knowledge as a guest lecturer at Zuyd University, where I teach occupational health management and prevention.
