Being a certified conscious parenting coach trained by Dr. Shefali Tsabary, certified trauma informed psychosomatic psychotherapist trained by Dr. Gabor Mate, certified NLP practitioner, Image consultant, mental health activist, podcast host and a mother of two kids, I have experienced the mental health challenges myself and hence in service for the last 4 years. I am here to offer you the blueprints, checklists and roadmaps that will allow you to break the patterns that limit your growth, skip years of painful trial and error – and experience a family life that you love.
