Self-directed and driven risk management professional with a comprehensive background in leading commercial and contracts negotiation, risk management, compliance, and ability to drive accountability within the cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and ensure success. In current role I handle the risk portfolio for our Gas Turbine & Generator Upgrade Projects for Africa, India & Middle East region. I am highly organized, creative problem solver who excels at guiding teams through complex projects by identifying goals and advising on implications. Expertise includes developing and managing multimillion-dollar commercial projects and advising C-level executives and Sales Management. I have held several roles outside and within GE in sales, procurement & contracts department with most recent being PMO Risk Leader for Africa, India & Middle East region partnering closely with our Commercial, Engineering, PMO & legal teams mainly aimed at identifying & outlining risk management aimed at contractual solutions for PGS business. I have mentored and coached several personnel in Sales, Commercial and Project Management field mainly on Commercial & Risk Management Process & Tools, Terms & Conditions. In addition, provided guidance and understanding of company values and compliance processes promoting positive self-esteem and preparing them for challenging roles ahead.
