About Dina Cherfi

I’m a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator with solid experience in oncology and cardiology trials across both academic and commercial settings. My background includes feasibility and start-up activities, ethics submissions, protocol review, and cross-functional coordination across multiple Phase studies. I also attend weekly haematology MDMs to provide trial updates and flag recruitment barriers. I’m also involved in mentoring junior staff and students, offering clinical trial education, supervision, and opportunities to observe patient-facing visits.I’ve led protocol amendments from an operational perspective, worked closely with ethics and governance teams (HREC, RGO), and supported audit readiness, including Bellberry and National Framework audits.My core strengths include- Trial Operations (Phase Oncology)- Ethics & Governance, SAE Reporting, Protocol Development- Cross-Functional Team Coordination & Staff Mentoring- Data Integrity, Regulatory Compliance
