With over 10 years of experience in the biotechnology field, I am a passionate and driven Group Leader at PPD/Thermofisher Scientific, a leading global contract research organization within the Clinical Research Group. My core competencies include conducting and overseeing clinical studies, coordinating R&D experiments, and people managing a team of talented research scientists. My mission is to deliver high-quality data and solutions to our major pharmaceutical clients, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical principles. I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can leverage my diverse background and skills to contribute to the advancement of science and health. As a Group Leader at PPD, I am responsible for leading multiple clinical studies as a principal investigator, ensuring that data transfer timelines are met and that client expectations are exceeded. I also coordinate R&D experiments for qualification and validation execution with various clients, applying my knowledge and skills in biochemistry, cell biology, and ELISA. Additionally, I support the career development and performance of my analysts, providing them with guidance, feedback, and coaching.
