About Dina Harb

Dina Harb is a creative producer who loves storytelling and character development. Because the complexity of human emotions and behaviors fascinates her, she integrates her passions for creative production and human psychology to create a unique hybrid for talent and content development. Harb supports talents to develop personal skills and industry craft to add authentic value to the entertainment industry. Talents are able to tap into their full potential as human beings rather than just professional calibre. This allows them to create their desired impact personally and professionally, leveraging the industry with world-class Arab professionals. She is the founder and managing partner of Birthmark Films; a production company based in Egypt since 2009. She produced TV commercials, and programs, as well as 2 award-winning documentaries and a local box office hit; Bashtery Ragel (90 mins, 2017). Harb’s passion for development led to her establishing Birthmark Scenario in 2016 with a mission to discover and develop Arabic-speaking writers. Harb has participated in a number of renowned industry networks and workshops, the most recent of which are the Eave Producers Network and the Middle East Media Initiative (MEMI). In 2019 Harb passed through an extreme state of burnout. Through her healing journey, she used tools and methodologies that allowed her to transform her lifestyle and add to her skills. Currently, she is also a mental fitness coach. Harb holds an MFA in Creative Producing from Columbia University in New York. She is also an ICF-certified life coach with a Positive Intelligence methodology at the core of her practice.
