About Dina Lopes

I am an experienced professional in project management, team management, stakeholders’ engagement, policies, directives and funding mechanisms. I manage collaborative Portuguese (PT2020, 2030, OGs) and European projects (H2020; HEurope; Interreg; Enjoy it’s from Europe; among others), from proposal preparation to project implementation and conclusion. Its main topics are related with agriculture, food, sustainability and nature, with national and EU partners, building participatory processes with different stakeholders. My weekly routine ranges from assuring that projects deliverables are in line with expectations, objectives, quality standards and schedule to successful closure. In between, I analyse business cases, control documents, templates and budget implementation. I also ensure that the team is motivated and identify ways to give my contribution to each member, coaching the juniors to boost their performance. All this while engaging with key stakeholders, managing cultural diversity and contributing to the people talent cycle.
