About Dina Ojeda

I consider myself a Jane of all trades as I have worn many hats throughout my career. Always learning something new in each opportunity and developing good working relationships with my colleagues. I leverage my MBA degree and data analytics certification to deliver data-driven solutions that meet the clients' needs and expectations whenever I can. I have over 25 years of experience in customer-focused service, communication, and hospitality, working in diverse settings such as hotels, cruise ships, call centers, and manufacturing. I take joy in helping find solutions and relish the satisfaction from doing so. I am passionate about being of service to customers and making a difference in their day or life. I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and I go out of my way to be involved in events and affairs that aim to awaken employee morale and engagement.
