I am an educator passionate about creating systemic culture change that supports teachers in the monumental task of educating our young learners to be contributing and successful members of the 21st century real world. Teachers have an amazing and most important charge: to keep kids safe, learning, challenged, healthy, on-task, literate, and socially competent, with skills and strategies to ensure they are problem-solvers in all areas of life. I look to build trusting relationships and encourage leadership and growth within the culture of the educational setting for principals to lead teachers to feel and to be successful and to think creatively to meet student needs and changing mandates.
