As a Balanced Life Strategist in WILGA, I help clients understand that balance is not just about work and personal life but also includes 3 other important key areas of life - health, social and environmental, and spiritual. With the help of the WILGA templates and framework, we can help the clients to assess their current situation and define their desired goals. With our team of mentors and specialists, I work with clients who may be very successful in their careers but who could be experiencing major health or relationship issues or even legal issues. We also work with clients who may be at a loss about their next steps after having successfully attained their career and life goals. My 30+ years in the IT industry have given me first-hand experience of a highly-stressful career. I experienced success not just as an employee but also as an entrepreneur. I was fortunate to have discovered practices like yoga, meditation, and more recently, energy management to help maintain good physical, emotional, and mental health. In the last three years, I have taken courses and workshops that have sparked a desire to be of better service to others and to help bring goodness to business through balanced and enlightened leadership.
