As a Learning Experience Designer, I create and facilitate spaces where people think deeply, question the ordinary, embrace complexity, and turn insights into action — the kind of action that sparks new questions, strategies, and growth. I’m drawn to challenges others might avoid — the difficult, the inconvenient, the messy. Whether it’s refreshing outdated content, reshaping processes, or building open learning environments where learners take ownership, I thrive on making change tangible and meaningful. At Hanze University of Applied Sciences, I lead initiatives that connect students, teams, and leaders to the region they serve — transforming real-world challenges into open learning spaces with genuine impact. My approach is inspired by Kaospilot, Futures Literacy, Experience Design, Theory U, and Serious Play.
